Over the course of his career, he has held pivotal roles with leading hospitality brands. His previous positions include Commercial Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre, Associate Director of Sales at Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Senior Sales Manager at The Lalit Ashok Bangalore, and Sales Manager roles at The Park Bangalore, Radisson Blu Atria Bangalore, and Taj West End Bengaluru.

Throughout his career, Ayush has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing MICE segments, building robust relationships with travel agents and event planners, and driving business growth across diverse industry sectors.
