The ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk, Gurugram is the first property of its kind to open in India, and it marks the beginning of Atmosphere Core’s serviced hospitality concept in the nation. This project is in line with Atmosphere Core’s plans to enter fast-growing urban areas with its experience-led, professionally managed hospitality models, which offer a blend of home customisation and high-quality service. “Gurgram is a critical starting place in India, which is a huge growing market for us. Our goal, as stated by Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, is to offer a serviced hospitality experience that is unique in the market through this relationship.

The 256-unit Gurugram project is set to open in the winter of 2026 and will offer fully serviced luxury rooms. This facility, which was developed in collaboration with M3M India, is marketed as a high-end serviced apartment complex ideal for business travellers and those planning extended stays. Short- and long-term guests will be accommodated by the project’s dining, co-working, wellness, and recreation amenities. Renowned architect and designer Rohit Gulati will be responsible for designing the interiors of the project. In order to give the property an artistic personality that is distinct from others, a selected group of local artists will be enlisted to give each room a one-of-a-kind vibe.

M3M India and Atmosphere Core have announced a new strategic partnership to build premium serviced hospitality assets in important locations. This launch is the first phase of that relationship. At the outset, the collaboration will center on growing in Gurugram and Noida; later on, it aims to scale the ONE Atmosphere brand in India and other foreign markets, such as the UAE, Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
