With Nara Thai already present, the launch of CinCin further strengthens ABNAH’s presence as one of Gurugram’s most dynamic dining destinations.

Positioned as a premium-casual Italian restaurant, CinCin is designed to bring Indian diners closer to an authentic Italian dining experience—spanning handmade pastas, high-quality ingredients, and a deep respect for Italian culinary traditions. Set within a trattoria-inspired context, the space is casual, comforting, and approachable, yet lively and social. The brand is anchored in the idea of “Friends become Famiglia”, reflecting a philosophy centred on warmth, generosity, and the joy of shared dining.

Designed as a high-frequency dining destination, CinCin moves seamlessly through the day—from coffee and lunches to aperitivo hours, dinners, and celebrations. a strong focus on shareable dining, intuitive service, and a convivial, easy-going atmosphere.

The culinary programme is guided by authentic Italian techniques and ingredient-led cooking, with a strong focus on simplicity, balance, and quality. Pastas are made fresh in-house, sauces are prepared from scratch, and pizzas are built on slow-fermented doughs—bringing together regional Italian classics with well-defined signatures.

The menu draws inspiration from the diverse culinary landscape of Italy, bringing together distinctive regional specialities. It has been thoughtfully structured with a balanced 50:50 vegetarian and non-vegetarian offering, ensuring broad appeal while catering to Gurgaon’s evolving dining preferences. Signature highlights include dishes such as Crostini Zucca, balancing roasted squash, capers, and blue cheese; Tajarin, a delicate hand-cut pasta from Piedmont; and Napoli pizza, built on San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte.

Alongside these, the menu features more indulgent offerings like Calamarata, a vodka-spiked tomato cream pasta, Diavola, and Bombette—thinly sliced pork belly wrapped around melted cheese, delicately spiced and grilled to perfection, delivering bold, juicy flavours in every bite. To finish, desserts such as the signature Panna Cotta, paired with fig jam and crunchy almonds, bring the meal to a refined close.

A strong emphasis on ingredient quality underpins the offering, with key elements such as Parmigiano Reggiano, San Marzano tomatoes, and Sicilian olive oil sourced from Italy—ensuring authenticity in both flavour and technique.

The experience is elevated through thoughtful, service-led moments, including warm bread service, tableside tiramisu finishes, and a dedicated spritz trolley that brings a sense of theatre and interaction to the table.

The bar programme is rooted in Italian drinking culture, with a focus on aperitivo-led experiences, signature spritzes, and cocktails that balance familiarity with playfulness. Highlights include Hello from Sorrento, a bright blend of tequila, limoncello, and bergamot; The 1889 Secret, inspired by the flavours of a classic Neapolitan pizza; and Midnight in Amalfi, a deep, layered mix of cognac, sweet vermouth, plum, and blackberry, finished with a theatrical tableside flourish. The wine programme is Italian at heart, with a global perspective, complemented by a dedicated zero-proof selection.

Extending beyond traditional dining occasions, Cincineria introduces an all-day café format. With a focus on Italian coffee, fresh bakes, panini, and desserts, it caters to both quick visits and relaxed daytime moments—strengthening CinCin’s position as a true day-to-night destination.

The design of the space reflects a relaxed, sunlit Italian aesthetic inspired by the spirit of La Dolce Vita. Warm textures, natural materials, and layered greenery come together to create an environment that feels both vibrant and inviting. The space is thoughtfully designed with a mix of communal and intimate seating, allowing it to seamlessly transition across different dining occasions.

Distinctive design moments add a playful, immersive layer to the experience—from a vintage Fiat installation to a dedicated photo-op corner featuring a classic bicycle, alongside a central bar that anchors the space and brings energy into the room. These elements come together to create a setting that encourages interaction, discovery, and naturally shareable moments.
