Bastian Hospitality and Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) have recently opened Maison 27, which is located next to Terminal 2 at Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. As part of its plan to diversify airport-linked lifestyle and hospitality infrastructure beyond traditional transit services, AAHL is constructing this complex. Launched after a recent collaboration with IHG properties & Resorts to build airport-linked properties in key Indian cities, the brand is making its mark in the market.

Maison 27, spanning 52,000 sq ft, is positioned as an integrated wellness, entertainment, and hospitality destination adjacent to GIFT City and the airport. Dining places, fitness centers, coworking spaces, entertainment zones, and experiences geared toward families are all part of the property. Cryotherapy, high-frequency thermal therapy, flotation therapy, yoga, fitness, steam, sauna, and plunge pools are all part of the health center’s offerings. Bastian Bakery and leisure zones are also part of the initiative, with the goal of attracting return customers and fostering community involvement.

According to Arun Bansal, CEO of AAHL, the project exemplifies the company’s strategy of creating integrated airport ecosystems that incorporate restaurants, community areas, and hospitality.

Bastian Hospitality has made its Ahmedabad debut with the opening of Maison Twenty-Seven on May 21, 2026, for supper.
