In Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, the Square’s signature global buffet will continue to offer an extensive selection of international favourites. Inspired by India’s iconic railway journeys connecting countries’ rich heritage of food culture, complementing the season, an extended section of the buffet showcases famous street food around different parts of India.

The live street food stations will showcase beloved Indian regional favourites such as Samosa, Galouti Kebab with Roomali Roti, Kachori, Roasted Bhutta (Corn), Vada Pav, Bread Pakora and many more, while sipping cutting chai, bringing the authentic tastes and lively spirit of India’s iconic food streets to the dining experience.
