Anardana, a restaurant chain, has unveiled its summer menu, which features dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and drinks made with mango that draw inspiration from local flavors and modern presentation methods.
Salads, grilled meats, curries, and cocktails inspired by summertime foods are on the menu. Among the new offerings is a salad called Seasonal Fruit & Feta, which is made with mesclun greens, nimbu sikanji dressing, and seasonal fruits. Besides that, there are quinoa dahi bhalla and Tulsi Paneer tikka.
Tropical drinks with mango as the main ingredient are the specialty of the beverage program. Kari Mango Cloud is made with vodka flavoured with curry leaves and mango foam, whereas Kaffir Aamrita is a combination of tequila, aam panna, kaffir lime, and lemon juice.
The company claims that the seasonal menu was created to meet the changing tastes of summertime diners who are looking for lighter fare and more ingredient-driven experiences.
The lunch, dinner, and weekend menu aims to provide a harmonious blend of modern presentation, beverage innovations, and traditional Indian flavors.
Seasonal dining experiences at Anardana continue to grow with each new offering, with an emphasis on local ingredients and modern hospitality trends.
