Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. has announced the strategic elevation of Karthikeyan Kandaswamy to the position of Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO). Having served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2022, Karthikeyan has played a key role in strengthening Encalm’s financial foundation and supporting its growth trajectory. In his expanded role as GCFO, he will oversee the financial strategy, governance, and capital management across the group’s major business verticals, ensuring Encalm’s growth remains strategically aligned and operationally robust.

During his tenure as CFO, Karthikeyan successfully built the company’s finance function from the ground up, implementing a leading ERP platform and establishing strong internal systems and controls to support scale and operational efficiency. His leadership has also played an important role in supporting Encalm’s expansion across multiple verticals, enabling the organisation to strengthen its operational capabilities, and scale its business significantly over the years.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, Karthikeyan’s professional journey spans over 28 years of experience across organisations including Larsen & Toubro, Shell, Standard Chartered and Vizag Steel.
