Bird Foods launches Freddo Bakehouse, a new all-day café with its first outlet at DLF One Midtown Plaza, Moti Nagar. With this launch, Bird Foods strengthens its growing F&B portfolio with a concept that brings together specialty coffee, fresh bakes, and a thoughtfully designed community space.

The inaugural outlet features a 25-cover setup, offering an intimate yet vibrant environment for both social interactions and quiet, personal time.

Envisioned as more than just a café, Freddo Bakehouse is built around the idea of connection and creativity. The space incorporates interactive elements such as a drawing wall and an art corner where guests can paint and draw using available sketchbooks and colours, encouraging spontaneous expression and moments of quiet me-time. A collection of games is also available for guests to enjoy while spending time with loved ones. Along with this, a cozy reading corner allows guests to relax and recharge, creating a setting that feels both engaging and comforting.

Guests can also choose from a selection of café-style sandwiches and light bites. The beverage section features specialty drinks such as espresso-based classics, cold brews and pour-overs, alongside a curated range of matcha drinks like blueberry cold foam and mango cold foam ceremonial matchas, and handcrafted coolers.
