Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway invites guests to embark on a refined culinary journey as it welcomes HOSA, the award-winning restaurant from Goa and part of EHV International group, to the elegant rooftop of The Persian Terrace for a limited three-day showcase from April 10-12, 2026.

Meaning ‘new’ in Kannada, Hosa reimagines the rich culinary diversity of South India through a contemporary lens, honouring tradition while embracing innovation. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted using seasonal ingredients, regional influences, and refined presentations that pay homage to the depth of Southern Indian gastronomy.

The menu has been specially curated by Chef Harish Rao, brand chef of Hosa, featuring favourites such as Chettinad Lamb Chops, Shimeji Mushroom Varuval and Coconut Milk Rasam with a delicate coconut Panna cotta to start. Mains include the classic Madurai Lamb Shank and Aubergine Steak, while desserts draw inspiration from the beloved flavours of curry leaf, coconut, and jaggery—rounding off a deeply evocative South Indian dining journey.

Adding another dimension to the experience is Varun Sharma, Head of Bars at EHV International covering Indian Accent, Comorin, Hosa, Fireback and Drift. With nearly two decades of expertise in crafting innovative beverage programs, Sharma brings Hosa’s signature philosophy of pairing bold flavours with thoughtfully curated drinks to every table.

Set against the stunning rooftop backdrop of The Persian Terrace, renowned for its sophisticated ambiance and panoramic city views, the collaboration transforms into a vibrant space where cuisine, craft, and atmosphere come together seamlessly.
