With the help of Hotel Library Club Private Limited, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts—the largest hotel franchising firm in the world in terms of properties—is building the Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator, a 120-key luxury hotel that is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2029. Goa is one of the most important leisure markets in India, and Wyndham will be expanding its presence there with the opening of its third hotel there.

Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director for Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, stated, “We are confident in the long-term growth of Goa as a destination, and expanding the Wyndham Grand brand here reflects that.” Goa is one of the most robust and powerful hospitality markets in India. We perceive a big chance to improve the ultra-luxury experience in famous locations like Vagator as the demand for leisure, meetings, conventions, and lifestyle tourism keeps going up. With this signing, we are taking a step closer to realising our vision of expanding our premium portfolio in India and other high-performing resort markets.

Travellers, destination weddings, group business, and meetings, incentives, and conventions (MICE) will all find a home at the upcoming hotel in Vagator, North Goa. The Wyndham Grand Goa Vagator will have first-rate facilities such a fitness center, swimming pool, social areas, a restaurant serving all-day meals, a bar and a speciality restaurant. The region’s impressive array of modern meeting and event facilities is sure to accommodate the increasing demand for MICE and other types of gatherings.

“It is a privilege to work with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to introduce the Wyndham Grand brand to Goa,” stated the founders of Hotel Library Club Private Limited. We are certain that this hotel will become the resort of choice for business and leisure visitors alike due to the state’s continued boom in tourism and the rising demand for five-star accommodations.
