Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to transport diners to the heart of Italy with a vibrant
Italian Food Festival at its stylish lounge, G Bar. Bringing authentic Italian flavours to
a city that is increasingly embracing global culinary experiences, the festival reflects
Vijayawada’s evolving dining landscape and the hotel’s continued commitment to
introducing world cuisines to local audiences.

Scheduled from 20 th March to 5 th April, the ten-day celebration will offer specially
curated lunch and dinner experiences,inviting guests to savour the rich traditions of
Italian gastronomy. The festival will feature a thoughtfully crafted table d’hôte menu
complemented by live culinary counters, allowing diners to experience the flavours
and techniques that define Italy’s celebrated food culture.

Drawing inspiration from celebrated Italian regions such as Tuscany, Sicily, Naples
and Emilia-Romagna, the experience highlights the rich diversity of Italy’s culinary
heritage. Guests can expect iconic dishes such as Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Arancini
Balls with tangy marinara sauce, a Trio of Bruschetta featuring classic tomato basil,
guacamole and roasted pepper with and Risotto Alla Milanese—the beloved
Milanese classic known for its vibrant golden hue, creamy texture and delicate
saffron flavour. The menu also features Chicken Involtini and Roasted Chicken, Feta
& Olive-stuffed Ravioli in basil pesto sauce, concluded perfectly with the Classic
Tiramisu.
