The Amber Terrace, a rooftop restaurant and bar of the Leela Palace Jaipur, combines modern style with local influences to provide an expanded menu.

With the Aravalli Hills as a background, the terrace offers a mix of city views, design-led architecture, and carefully selected meals, making it an ideal place for social gatherings and immersive experiences. The idea revolves around a ‘Root to Fruit’ strategy, which involves combining beverages and food with ingredients that are local to Rajasthan, such as roots, herbs, and fruits. The hotel’s herb garden provides the produce, while the mixology lab helps with the creation of seasonal drink programmes. Shareable cuisine with a global influence sits with contemporary Asian small plates on the menu. From early evening to late-night service, the venue’s adaptable lighting transforms the room, which features a central bar, intimate dining sections and more.

Sawai Padmanabh Singh and other notable figures from the worlds of fashion, entertainment, and design were present during the launch, which took place in conjunction with the final of The Leela Maharaja Sawai Man Singh Polo Cup 2026.

The Leela Palace Jaipur’s VP and general manager, Anoop Pandey, stated, “Our belief is that luxury must feel both rooted and relevant” in reference to the Amber Terrace. We have crafted an environment that reflects Jaipur itself—timeless in spirit and assuredly modern—by reimagining indigenous ingredients from Rajasthan through a modern lens. Its intended function is to serve as an organic meeting spot for the city’s affluent residents and our international visitors.
