This unique celebration pays homage to the rich culinary heritage of western Tamil Nadu, showcasing Kongunadu cuisine—renowned for its robust spices, earthy ingredients, and time-honoured, agrarian-rooted cooking techniques that deliver bold, deeply satisfying flavours.
Curated by Chef Gopinath, the menu brings together a selection of Kongunadu delicacies, featuring vegetarian favourites like Kongu Mushroom Milagu Fry and Karuveppilai Baby Potato Roast, alongside non-vegetarian dishes such as Mutton Kola Urundai and Pallipalayam Chicken Fry. Complementing the menu is a selection of gin-based cocktails, including the Pepper Leaf Gin Smash, Curry Leaf Gin Fizz, Spiced Tamarind Gin Sour, and Smoked Botanical Gin Tonic, crafted to enhance the flavours.
