This Poila Boishakh, Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway invites guests to welcome the Bengali New Year with Boishakh Boron Utsav, a specially curated brunch celebrating the richness of Bengali cuisine and tradition. Hosted at Feast, the hotel’s award-winning all-day dining restaurant, the experience captures the essence of Nobo Borsho through a festive spread inspired by traditional home kitchens.

Rooted in culture and nostalgia, the brunch presents a curated selection of authentic Bengali flavours. Guests can begin with Nimki, Narkel Naru, and Jhuri Aloo Bhaja, paired with Aam Pora Shorbot and Ghondhoraj Ghol.
