With the launch of NIVA, an in-room magazine by Radisson Hotel Group, the company hopes to increase guest interaction via stories focused on travel, culture, and destinations. At the Radisson Blu Resort, Temple Bay Mamallapuram, the launch was revealed during the group’s annual business conference.
With its carefully selected articles showcasing South Asian travel tips, cultural narratives, and local viewpoints, the magazine aims to enhance the guest experience. Stories, guides, and experiences focused on specific destinations will be available, in addition to profiles of the people who make a difference in the hospitality industry, including chefs, hotel owners, and artisans. “Hospitality today is about creating meaningful connections between guests and the destinations they visit,” stated Nikhil Sharma, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, South Asia, Radisson Hotel Group. Through NIVA, we strive to provide guests with tales and insights that honour the culture and communities that contribute to the distinctiveness of each destination, thereby prolonging their adventure beyond the actual stay. Strengthening the emotional connection that guests have with Radisson Hotel Group is our priority, and this program reflects that. We want to create meaningful, engaging experiences.
The dynamic locations in our portfolio and the joy of travel are reflected in NIVA, as Sakshi Sehdev Dogra, Director of Area Marketing and Communications for Radisson Hotel Group in South Asia, put it. The magazine contains curated experiences, people-led tales, and location features, allowing us to showcase the distinctive character of our hotels while celebrating the variety of South Asia. Creating a unique tone for the brand has never been more thrilling.
There will be physical copies of NIVA available in each guest room, and guests will also have access to a digital version using QR codes. Themes including wellness, culinary experiences, and travel trends will be covered in each edition.
Across operating and development stages, Radisson Hotel Group runs more than 200 hotels in India. The company has a significant presence in the Delhi NCR market and is expanding rapidly in Tier-II and Tier-III markets.
