communications, and business development, Lana brings a strategic, culturally attuned, and
creatively driven approach to building brands with purpose. Her career encompasses senior
multi-property and cluster leadership roles across the Middle East, including overseeing complex
pre-openings, shaping brand positioning, activating global distribution strategies, and building
high-performing, future-focused teams.

only an impressive track record of results, but also a leadership style rooted in purpose,
