In order to enhance worldwide cooperation in the field of hospitality and culinary arts education, the Institute of Bakery & Culinary Arts and the Australian National Institute of Business and Technology have inked a Memorandum of Understanding.

Together, we can provide IBCA students with access to internationally recognised best practices, training techniques that are grounded in reality, and curriculum standards that are benchmarked on a worldwide scale. In order to improve students’ abilities and prepare them for the workforce, it will also lay out a systematic framework for student participation and group projects. Together, the intellectual rigour of ANIBT and the hands-on experience of IBCA’s culinary arts programme will help students in the hospitality industry find better job opportunities and more international mobility opportunities.

We are thrilled to announce our relationship with ANIBT, marking a major step forward in our mission to bring world-class culinary education to India,” remarked Dr Balendra Singh, Director of the IBCA. Our primary goal has always been to provide students with real-world experience, global perspective, and industry expertise. Our students will have better access to resources and more possibilities to succeed in the global hospitality industry as a result of these partnerships.

As a whole, the deal is going to help with skill development and academic collaboration in the hospitality and culinary arts programmes, and it’s also going to strengthen educational links between Australia and India.
