Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park invites guests to experience “Namma Naati Oota”, a specially curated Old Bangalore Naati cuisine pop-up at Neer from 24th to 26th February.
As part of their continued focus on delivering distinctive culinary showcases, the twin properties bring to the city a six-course sit-down dinner that revives the bold, spice-forward flavours of Old Bangalore’s historic pete communities.

Curated by Chef Kalyan Gopalakrishna, Founder of Karnivore Kitchen, the experience celebrates the roots of Naati cuisine, influenced by Andhra, Tamil Nadu, and Maratha settlers who shaped Bengaluru’s early food culture. The menu reimagines these traditional preparations with refined technique while preserving their authenticity.
Guests can look forward to signature dishes such as slow-cooked mutton fry, heritage-style Naati Koli preparations, Bannur lamb specialties, robust spice-based gravies, and traditional desserts such as Halobbattu. The evening will also feature thoughtfully paired whiskies and Naati-inspired mocktails.
