As Executive Chef, Aditya will lead the hotel’s culinary operations, overseeing its acclaimed restaurants, in-room dining, and banquet experiences. A gold medallist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Chef Aditya has held leadership roles across the prestigious properties of Oberoi, including Rajvilas in Mumbai and its resort in Sahl Hasheesh, Egypt. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at The Bay Club, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the club’s food and beverage offerings from concept to execution.
