Far & East at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru becomes a setting for celebration shared abundance.
Perched on the 21st floor and framed by glittering city lights, the Pan-Asian restaurant welcomes the
Year of the Horse with a special Lunar New Year feast from 16th February to 28th February 2026.
The experience celebrates tradition through signature rituals and dishes inspired by the rich heritage
of Chinese cuisine.

At the centre of this celebration is Chef Wong’s specially curated menu, opening with the Prosperity
Yee Sang, a vibrant toss salad that brings guests together to raise their chopsticks high and welcome
abundance for the year ahead. This celebratory ritual is paired with Sū Cuì Xiè Ròu Juǎn, Chef
Wong’s homemade crispy crabmeat rolls served with sweet chili plum sauce, setting an auspicious
tone for the feast.

The highlight of the menu is the Aromatic Crispy Duck, a signature centrepiece symbolising festive
cheer. Prepared and assembled tableside, the dish invites guests into a shared ritual of family-style
Lunar New Year celebrations. The mains feature a selection of regional Chinese classics, including
Sichuan Spicy Chicken in Red Oil and Cantonese Steamed Silver Pomfret, before concluding on a
sweet note with red bean soup and black sesame Tang Yuan.

Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, shares, “At Four
Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, Far & East has always felt like the natural setting for Asian
celebrations. It is a space where authentic flavours and intuitive hospitality come together
effortlessly. Lunar New Year, in particular, is a special time for us. It allows us to create
experiences where guests can slow down, come together and celebrate the season in a way
that feels personal.”
Throughout the experience, togetherness remains the guiding principle, with large-format
sharing dishes encouraging connection and conversations. Each ingredient is chosen with
intention; fish for abundance, prawns for happiness, duck for harmony, crabmeat rolls to
welcome spring, truffle rice for wealth, and Tang Yuan for continuous blessings, creating a
Lunar New Year celebration that is as meaningful as it is memorable.
