In April, you may celebrate the arrival of the new year in India at the Harvest Feast at DYN, hosted by the Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks.

Participating festivals’ culinary traditions include Vishu, Puthandu, Baisakhi, and Nobo Borsho. The carefully selected menu strives to provide a varied dining experience while reflecting traditional meals linked with harvest festivals.

Amritsari Chole, Dal Bukhara, Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Murgh, and Jeera Pulao are some of the North Indian dishes featured in the spread. Nobo Borsho celebrations wouldn’t be complete without Bengali-inspired dishes like Basanti Pulao and Cholar Dal.

Avial, Sambar, and Vegetable Thoran are some of the South Indian recipes that are served with coconut-based accompaniments that reflect the regional festival traditions.

Desserts like Pinni and Phirni, which are based on regional specialities, are also part of the program.

The Harvest Feast markets itself as a dining experience that changes with the seasons and has dishes from all around the country. Guests will have the chance to experience a variety of Indian cuisines throughout the New Year as part of this project.
