Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has adjusted its dining operations and introduced a new spa
facility in advance of the Republic Day long weekend starting January 26. The property now
serves guests looking for staycation options over the public holiday. Local hotels anticipate
increased demand as the Monday holiday extends the break to three days.
Opus runs as the all-day dining restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast menu covers fruits,
artisanal breads, made-to-order eggs cooked in multiple preparations, standard Indian
dishes, brewed coffee, and assorted juices. Morning service runs at a pace that allows table
conversations.

Lunch shifts to combined global cuisines and Indian items prepared with regular ingredients.
Dinner continues global cuisines made with quality ingredients and an Indian touch through
evening hours without major changes. San:Qi relocates certain Japanese menu items to
Opus during that restaurant’s scheduled renovation period. The move keeps those dishes in
rotation for regular customers.

AER works as the rooftop bar with direct views of the city skyline. Evening service starts with
cocktails prepared from a standard list, played against background music tracks. The bar
connects to a dinner menu that received updates last month. Guests move from drinks to
meals in the same location, covering the full evening sequence. Gimlet Garden sets up in an
adjacent garden space equipped with basic lighting and seating. It stocks botanical cocktails.
The layout supports group gatherings that run longer during weekend evenings.

The Spa claims two full floors in the hotel structure. Treatments apply methods from Indian
healing practices alongside standard modern wellness protocols. Massages target areas of
muscle tension through direct pressure techniques. Facials incorporate natural extracts
applied in sequence for skin effects. Body therapies adapt based on guest input. Adjacent to
the spa, The Parfaire Salon by Laurent Visco maintains operations for grooming with expert
styling.
