Spanish Tapas & Wine Celebration, featuring a menu meticulously designed by the culinary team at
CUR8.

The residency is a tribute to the communal and celebratory spirit of Spanish “Tapeo” culture. The
menu offers a masterclass in balance, featuring authentic small plates that range from the delicate,
golden crunch of Patatas Bravas topped with goat cheese crumble to the robust, charcoal-grilled
intensity of Gambas a la Plancha and Pinchos Morunos. For those seeking the timeless classics of a
Spanish bodega, the Pan con Tomate is presented in two exquisite styles: paired with aged
Manchego cheese or hand-carved, premium Serrano ham.

To elevate the dining experience, the hotel’s expert sommeliers have curated a flight of exceptional
Spanish vintages. Guests are invited to explore the sophisticated interplay between the crisp, coastal
acidity of Spanish whites and the deep, oak-aged complexity of classic Tempranillo reds, each pour
specifically selected to amplify the vibrant spices and textures of the CUR8 culinary artistry.
