The distribution network and market reach of Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited will be strengthened by the strategic alliance formed with Riya Travel & Tours.

Riya Group’s B2B ecosystem, which includes Riya Connect, links more than 75,000 travel agencies; Eco Hotels will be able to tap into this network as a result of the partnership. With this collaboration, the company hopes to raise its profile in both local and foreign markets.

The agreement also includes the integration of Eco Hotels’ portfolio with Riya Holidays, the group’s leisure vertical. This move is made with the intention of expanding our client base and enhancing our brand’s visibility in various travel categories.

Eco Hotels’ asset-light expansion strategy—which aims to increase distribution without spending a fortune on new rooms—is compatible with the partnership’s stated goals of increasing occupancy and RevPAR. The company is also expected to benefit from Riya’s presence in the corporate travel segment, particularly in strengthening its MICE and banquet business.

“We are delighted to partner with Riya Travels, a trusted leader in the travel distribution ecosystem,” commented Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited Chairman Vinod Kumar Tripathi, regarding the agreement. Together, we have taken a giant leap toward our goal of expanding access to sustainable hospitality through this partnership. With Riya’s extensive network and technological capabilities, we are confident that Eco Hotels will reach new markets and deliver our eco-conscious hospitality experience to travellers across India and globally. We are committed to working together to advance ethical tourism and create benefit for everyone involved.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to GMJ Thampy, Founder and Chairman & Managing Director of Riya Group, and the entire Riya team for their trust and collaboration. A solid, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial collaboration is what we aim to establish.
