Hosted at Nazaara, the hotel’s vibrant rooftop restaurant known for its lively ambience and panoramic city views, the festival is a tribute to the rich heritage and comforting charm of traditional Parsi food. Starting from 17th March, this 7-day food festival will be celebrated for its unique harmony of sweet, tangy and savory flavors—a distinctive balance that has made it one of India’s most beloved culinary legacies.
The menu has been thoughtfully curated by Chef Firozi, a passionate Parsi cuisine enthusiast bringing the authenticity and nostalgia of traditional recipes to life. Visitors can enjoy beloved classics like Veg Dhansak, Salli Gosht, Kaju Kesar Ma Paneer, which is subtly enhanced with cashews and saffron and Chicken Farcha, the famous crisp-fried delicacy. To elevate the experience further, the celebration culminates in a specially curated Jamva Chalo Ji-themed Sunday brunch on 22nd March at Hebbal Cafe, featuring a colourful spread inspired by these timeless flavours.
