Bira 91 Taproom, India’s largest craft beer experience destination, has rolled out Winter Soirée, a limited-season menu crafted to highlight the flavours, warmth, and comfort of winter. Live across all nine Taproom outlets from 24th November 2025 to 1st February 2026, the program brings together indulgent cocktails and hearty cold-season plates curated for the months ahead.
The bar program showcases six winter cocktails, including three bold coffee-led serves – Bean Spritzer, Golden Bean Martini, and Roasted Mule – alongside winter favourites like Hot Toddy, Spiced Mulled Wine, and Barrel & Spice. Each drink is crafted to complement the season’s richer, cosier palate.
The Winter Soirée food menu features ten winter-forward dishes, blending seasonal produce with comforting textures and warm spices. Highlights include the Pumpkin Peanut Kebab and Veg Shikampuri Kebab for classic winter snacking, the melt-in-mouth Rajma Galawat, and the indulgent Spinach Cheese Croquettes. Heartier options such as Herbed Chicken Koftas, Grilled Chicken on Pumpkin Mash, and Spaghetti Lamb Bolognese anchor the savoury selection, while dishes like Masala Crisp Sole, Moreish Cottage Cheese Flatbread, and Meat Lover’s Fantasy Flatbread round out the menu with bold, satisfying flavours.
Winter Soirée is now available across all Bira 91 Taproom locations, including DLF Avenue Saket (Delhi), DLF Cyberhub (Gurgaon), Kamala Mills (Mumbai), T1 Arrivals (Mumbai), Paragon Waterfront (Ludhiana), and CP 67 Mall (Mohali).
