renowned international hotel brands. His professional journey reflects a steady progression through front
office leadership roles, where he has consistently demonstrated excellence in service delivery, operational
efficiency, and team development. Known for his confident and personable demeanor, he combines
strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams collaboratively while taking initiative when
required.

Prior to this appointment, Grewal most recently served as Front Office Manager at Le Méridien Amritsar,
where he played a key role in pre-opening the hotel and successfully transitioning it into smooth, high-
performing operations. His responsibilities included overseeing rooms operations, driving guest
satisfaction, managing inventory and revenue optimization, strengthening interdepartmental
coordination, and implementing robust training frameworks to enhance team performance. His
leadership contributed significantly to service consistency, operational stability, and positive guest
feedback.

Grewal’s career also includes impactful leadership roles at Jaipur Marriott Hotel and The Westin Sohna
Resort and Spa, where he held positions spanning Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Front
Desk Manager, and team leadership roles. Across these assignments, he has been instrumental in
upholding brand standards, strengthening service culture, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to
initiatives focused on sustainability, best practices, and employee wellbeing.

An accomplished trainer and mentor, Grewal is recognized for building strong teams, refining service
processes, and resolving guest concerns with empathy and professionalism. His international exposure,
combined with hands-on operational expertise, positions him well to lead the Rooms division at The
