This November, Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach invites food lovers to journey across Asia — without leaving the coast — at ‘Asian Wok & Walk’, a live, interactive food festival that transforms Red Bowl into a vibrant Asian street market by the sea.

From 21st to 30th November 2025, guests can watch Chef Vikram and his culinary brigade in action as they toss, sear, and roll their way through a medley of flavours — from fiery Thai stir-fries and hand-rolled dim sums to Japanese sushi, Indonesian satays, and fragrant Malaysian curries. Chefs prepare every dish live, filling the air with the irresistible aromas of Asia’s lively night markets.

The specially curated menu blends authentic street-style energy with fine-dining flair, paired with Asian-inspired beverages and handcrafted desserts that complete the experience.
