Curated by Chef Vani KS, the brunch features live counters and regional classics such as Mysuru Masala Dosa served with coconut and tomato chutney, Bisi Bele Bath with ghee and boondi from Mangalore, and beloved desserts including Mysuru Pak and Obbattu. An Authentic Showcase of Mathura’s Satvik Traditions (March 29th)

The month concludes with another celebration of Mathura’s indulgent yet traditional flavours. Expertly curated by Chef Anoopa Prasad, this brunch highlights Satvik-inspired preparations featuring no onion–garlic options. Signature Brij specialties such as Dubki Wale Aloo – Mathura Style and Kadhi Pakora (Brij Recipe) are complemented by iconic desserts, including Mathura Peda, promising a wholesome and memorable culinary experience.
