A specially curated Rajasthani Thali was crafted for Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, spotlighting the region’s rich culinary heritage. This bespoke platter featured dishes such as Dal Bati Churma, Ker Sangri, Bajra Roti, Bhuna Saag, Bajre Ki Khichdi, and Coconut Barfi, offering an authentic taste of Rajasthan.
Additionally, the culinary team showcased the diversity of Indian cuisine with the thoughtfully designed “Taste of India” menu. Delegates savoured delicacies from various regions of the nation. Some favourites included Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Chicken Chettinad, Chole Kulche, and Sorakaya Pulusu, thus blending regional authenticity with culinary artistry.

Beyond the meeting rooms, the attendees were immersed in Rajasthan’s cultural vibrancy. Padmashri Anwar Khan Manganiyar and his troupe of folk musicians and dancers performed a private performance that left the dignitaries mesmerised and encapsulated the desert state’s cultural vibrancy.
