With more than a decade of culinary experience, Chef Bedi brings withhim an innovative culinary flairand his ultimate passion for cooking to Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi. He has worked with renowned luxury hotels including The Oberoi, New Delhi, JW Marriott New Delhi and JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar.

While perusing his passion at some of the finest hotels, Chef Bedi has acquired a diverse set of skills from presenting visually engaging dishes, crafting creative menus to introducing new culinary trends for the enhancement of dining concepts. Chef Bedi will add his fresh style and exciting new signature dishes at the restaurants to enhance diners’ experience at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, New Delhi.
