Over a career that mirrors the vibrant growth of India’s hospitality sector, Kadambari has been at the forefront of evolving luxury hospitality standards and the advancement of women in executive leadership. Throughout her distinguished 25-year tenure, she has driven hotel operations, commercial strategy, sales and talent development across the Marriott portfolios, South Asia.
Currently helming Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, Kadambari is highly regarded for her strategic business acumen, people-first leadership style and focus on creating meaningful guest experiences. Her landmark journey with Marriott International also includes instrumental leadership roles at key properties, including Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield, where she championed both operational excellence and commercial growth.
Reflecting on the milestone, Kadambari Sabharwal Talwar said, “Hospitality has always been about people, the relationships we build, the experiences we create and the memories guests carry with them long after they leave. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Taj Hotels, Kadambari has built her career on operational excellence, collaborative leadership and a deep commitment to mentorship and talent development. Beyond hotel operations, she is also an advocate for gender inclusion and leadership development within hospitality. She is the Co-chair of Marriott International’s South Asia Women Ambassador Network and currently serves as President, WICCI Hospitality, Karnataka (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
