Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway introduces an all-new food experience at Hydeout Bar and Lounge with the launch of a specially curated menu by Chef Himadri. Designed to elevate casual dining, the new offering brings together gourmet bites and innovative dishes, setting the tone for a vibrant May.

Set in a stylish open-air ambiance, Hydeout comes alive with the glow of crackling grills, rustic wooden accents, and lively music—creating the perfect setting for an energetic yet relaxed evening. Known for its stunning panoramic views of Bengaluru, Hydeout Bar & Lounge offers an urban retreat that blends laid-back charm with a vibrant social scene, making it an ideal destination to unwind and socialize.

The refreshed menu reflects Chef Himadri’s creative approach, featuring a selection of gourmet bites and thoughtfully curated dishes that balance bold flavours with modern presentation. Paired with curated drink offers and live screenings, the experience is designed to be both indulgent and engaging. From the Nibbles section, guests can enjoy Crispy Corn, Loaded Fries with Gunpowder Spice or Truffle Garlic, and Three-Cheese Garlic Crostini with Olive Tapenade. The Small Plates menu features standout dishes such as Kolkata Fish Fingers, Karnataka Fried Chicken, Murgh Lahori Tikka, Pepper Fry Lamb with Garlic Yoghurt, and Prawns Pil-Pil with Curry Leaf Oil, while the Miniatures selection includes Tulsi & Akhrot Stuffed Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Malai Broccoli, Chilli Paneer with Smoked Chilli Oil, and Bhatti Da Soya Chaap.

Guests can also indulge in pizzas and flatbreads such as the Chicken 65 Pizza, Paneer Tikka & Bell Pepper Pizza, Spicy Keema & Caramelized Onion Flatbread, and Cafreal Mushroom & Truffle Flatbread, alongside hearty meal bowls including Butter Chicken or Paneer Mirch Makhani, Malabar Prawn Curry with Idiyappam Bites, Murgh or Veg Biryani with Dal Makhani, and Chole Kulche.

Complementing the food is an extensive beverage programme featuring Hydeout Signature Cocktails such as Dakkhana – The Deccan Highball, Samudra – A Coastal Margherita, Aakasa – A Heavenly Martini, and Udyana – A Garden Punch.
