Signing a Gateway hotel in Sector 83, Gurugram, marks a new greenfield development in the NCR region, according to Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL).

The 220 guestrooms will come with a variety of amenities like a pool, a fitness center, and restaurants serving various types of cuisine. A banquet hall measuring seven thousand square feet will be available to guests of the hotel for use during social and business functions.

The continued expansion across the corporate, financial services, and IT/ITeS sectors is driving Gurgaon’s evolution as a significant commercial hub within NCR, according to Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL. Located in the rapidly developing micro-market of New Gurugram, this agreement allows IHCL to meet the increasing need for branded hospitality services that provide full service.
