Guests can look forward to preparations such as Nenjuyellaumbu Saaru, Sundakai Vatha Kozhambu, Chettinadu Nandu Masala and Kauni Arisi Pongal, each crafted to balance authenticity with a elevated approach.

The Chettinad Food Festival further complements this vision, extending the restaurant’s focus beyond the coast to spotlight another iconic culinary region of South India. Guests can pair their meals with selections from the restaurant’s special soups desserts and more , enhancing the overall dining experience.
