The dedicated portal offers a unified interface that enables hotels to manage inventory, rates and promotions with greater efficiency and transparency.

HELLO, ixigo’s AI-powered hotel extranet, is built to help hotel partners streamline business management through a single platform while providing greater operational control. It enables hotels to upload and manage property and room-level content, including images and amenities, while offering a clear calendar-based view of room availability and pricing. Several leading hotel brands and chains have already been onboarded on HELLO, including Club Mahindra, Zone by The Park Hotels, Suba Hotels, Clarks Hotels, Treebo Hotels, Udman Hotels, Mastiff Hotels, and Lords Hotels & Resorts.

The AI-powered hotel extranet enables partners to create and manage a wide range of promotions, including last-minute deals, early-bird offers, day-wise campaigns and flat discounts. Hotels can also design targeted offers for specific user segments, such as closed user groups and travellers with active trips, through a dedicated dashboard that provides a consolidated view of all active promotions. By enabling hotels to launch exclusive offers and dynamic pricing strategies, HELLO helps improve conversion rates and occupancy, particularly in high-demand domestic destinations and for short-lead bookings.
