Roseate House is presenting Icelandic Seafood Week, a curated culinary showcase running from 2nd to 8th March 2026 as a special dinner buffet at at DEL, Roseate House. The festival is being helmed by acclaimed Icelandic chef Friðrik Sigurðsson and is taking place in collaboration with the Embassy of Iceland.
Friðrik Sigurðsson is one of Iceland’s most respected culinary figures, bringing over five decades of experience in showcasing the country’s rich food traditions. Since 2003, he has been serving as First Chef at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iceland, where he curates official diplomatic dining and champions authentic Icelandic cuisine on the global stage.

At Icelandic Seafood Week at Roseate House New Delhi, Chef Sigurðsson brings his deep expertise and passion for sustainability to the table, presenting a menu that highlights the purity, provenance, and timeless traditions of Iceland’s seafood heritage.
