Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has made multiple key executive appointments to further accelerate growth and long-term value creation for the group.

The company has appointed Gaurav Goyal as Senior Vice President – Business Development. With
over 22 years of extensive experience in hospitality business development, strategy, and expansion
Gaurav’s career spans leadership roles at Jaypee Residency, Taj Residency, Spree Hotels & Resorts,
and most recently Lemon Tree Hotels, where he served as Assistant Vice President – Business
Development.

In his new role with ROHL, Mr. Goyal will spearhead ROHL’s expansion roadmap, focusing on
portfolio growth, strategic alliances, management contracts, and long-term value creation across both
established and emerging markets. His appointment aligns with ROHL’s asset-light, brand-led
expansion strategy.

Sunil Khera, with an illustrious career spanning over 33 years has joined the company as Vice
President – Operations (North) and brings deep expertise in hotel operations, people-first leadership,
and execution excellence. He has held senior leadership roles with leading hospitality brands
including Hotel President, Holiday Inn, ITC Hotels, and most recently Sarovar Hotels, where he
served as Area General Manager.

In his new role, Mr. Khera will lead operations across ROHL’s northern portfolio, with a sharp focus on
performance optimisation, brand governance, guest experience enhancement, and talent
development. His appointment reinforces ROHL’s commitment to operational consistency and
scalable growth.
