day ode to the continent’s rich culinary heritage, hosted at The Hebbal Cafe from 19th to 25th

Thoughtfully curated by Chef Manoj, the menu travels through seven distinct African regions, with each
day spotlighting a unique cuisine and story. Guests can indulge in soulful classics such as Jollof Rice,
savour the rustic elegance of Injera with Dible, delight in the aromatic depth of Moroccan Chicken
Tagine, and discover the layered sophistication of Bobotie. Every dish is crafted with authenticity,
celebrating Africa’s diversity through carefully sourced ingredients and refined presentation.
The festival culminates in a vibrant African-themed Sunday Brunch on 25th January, featuring gourmet
selections, live music, unlimited mocktails, and a family-friendly atmosphere—perfect for a leisurely
weekend celebration.
