Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has announced a smashing new partnership as the Official Airline Sponsor of the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open presented by Abu Dhabi Sports Council, which begins tomorrow.
With top-class tennis stars flying in from around the world for the annual tournament, Etihad’s position as the airline’s Official Sponsor reinforces the airline’s commitment to championing sports and sporting teams globally.

Throughout the eight-day tournament, Etihad will rally the crowds with engaging fan activations at their booth. Visitors can show off their own racquet skills in a VR tennis game, win incredible prizes, and receive exclusive giveaways.
The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open will take place from 1-8 February at the International Tennis Centre, Zayed Sports City. This prestigious WTA 500 tournament will showcase the best female tennis players in the world.
A strong line-up featuring many of the best players on the WTA Tour has already been announced, with reigning champion Elena Rybakina returning to defend her crown against stars including Ons Jabeur, Daria Kasatkina, Paula Badosa, Belinda Bencic and Beatriz Haddad Maia.
